We spend so much time at work, conferences, and yes, even here at The Workforce Institute, sharing, discussing, and debating best practices for being a great people leader. Although that’s critical to your career success and the success of your people, it seems like we rarely look closely at ourselves and take some time to learn more about the types of managers we are.
Maybe you’re not one specific type. Managers are people, of course, and people are inherently unique and complex. And that’s OK. Like many aspects of business and life, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to success.
