Tweet Chat on Engaging Employees Through Payroll - June 7th

One of The Workforce Institute's latest surveys, “Engaging Employees through Payroll,” revealed that an estimated 82 million Americans - more than half of the U.S. workforce - have experienced a problem with their paycheck during their career. Part two of this series will be released on Tuesday, June 6th.

Given the shocking findings from both surveys, members from our advisory board, as well as other industry influencers, have a lot to discuss on the topic. Please join us on Wednesday, June 7th at 12 PM ET to chat about the hidden costs of payroll errors and the vital role payroll professionals serve in building an engaged workforce (among other payroll-related topics). You can simply join the chat by following @KronosInc (our host) on Twitter, and the hashtag #KronosChat. To prepare you for the chat, all of the questions we plan to ask are below:

Q1: Why do you think more than half of Americans have experienced a payroll error in their career?

Q2: What impact does payroll have on employee engagement?

Q3: Do you think employees should report when they are overpaid? Why?

Q4: Payroll errors are often reported to direct managers. How can you prepare them to deal with these types of situations?

Q5: Americans are quick to look for a new job after just 1 payroll error. What can orgs do to keep employees happy if an error occurs?

Q6: Why do you think baby boomers are the most forgiving generation when it comes to payroll errors?

Q7: 84% of employees expect an annual pay raise. Is this a realistic expectation? What can orgs do to retain their top talent?

Q8: What other stats did you find interesting from our payroll surveys?

We hope to see you there!
