What another jam-packed month for The Workforce Institute! There’s a lot to get to, so let’s get right to it. Here’s a recap of everything we discussed in March 2022 at the institute.


The People Purpose Podcast: Starting the Discussion — Pay Equity

We kicked off the month with a new episode of the People Purpose Podcast, focused on pay equity — a critical topic and one we will cover often, and in many forms, at the institute this year. In this episode, Chas Fields and Julie Develin discuss ways to identify gaps in pay, how technology can play a role in closing the gap, the need to teach managers to go through processes in unbiased ways, and how to use data when determining ways to analyze pay equity.
