Accenture’s David Shaw Joins The Workforce Institute Advisory Board

Today’s post comes to us from Chris Mullen, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, executive director of The Workforce Institute.

Today, we’re excited to announce a new addition to The Workforce Institute advisory board: David Shaw from Accenture!

Dave is senior managing director and global HR transformation and delivery lead at Accenture, which delivers a broad set of talent and organization/human potential consulting and operations services. This includes HR transformation, workforce management and human capital management advisory, analytics, and technology services worldwide.

With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Dave works with some of Accenture’s largest customers to help enable agile, adaptive, and employee-centered cultures. Specifically in advising and working with chief human resources officers (CHROs) and C-suite executives on a full range of business transformation, talent, and people opportunities, his experience spans all areas of HR and talent — including talent acquisition, career development, workforce management, HR service delivery (HRSD) and process, capability development and learning, and transformational change management.

It’s my privilege to officially welcome Dave to The Workforce Institute. He brings diverse expertise and perspectives to our advisory board, with actionable insights on the future of work and workplace transformation that you, our readers and subscribers, are sure to benefit from immediately.

Although Dave just joined our board, we already have some great projects planned for the near future, so be on the lookout for those soon.

On behalf of the entire advisory board, I look forward to collaborating with you, Dave. Welcome!
